The client got in touch with us through a recommendation and ADP started the project with a full team of artisans and worked closely with the interior designer, Carmen. We then undertook extra work due to the age of the building and to accommodate adjustments to meet the client’s preferences. ADP managed to deliver this project on time and within budget. We worked right up until Cyril Ramaphosa declared a nationwide COVID-19 lockdown. The Client and the interior designer were thrilled with the finished result.

Sand, seal floors and install new Oregan pine T&G Flooring

Replace all electric cables and electrical points
Complete painting of interior and exterior
Replace sewer drainage line
Remove existing pergola
Remove the existing entrance door, enlarge the opening and install a new entrance door
