A complete transformation of a tired, outdated property into a fresh, modern coastal home. This was a complex project as the client continued to live on-site throughout the build — a challenge our team met with care, flexibility and precision.
Scope of Work
Every square metre of this home was reimagined and rebuilt. From removing old asbestos roofing to constructing an entirely new main house and additional flatlet, this project touched every corner of the site.
Key Features
- Removal of all asbestos roof tiles and existing roof structure
- Installation of a new roof structure with AZ200 Diamondeck Klip-Lok sheeting
- New ceilings throughout, including Isoboard and skimmed RhinoBoard
- Custom-built indoor braai and timber deck for relaxed entertaining
